I have successfully listed and sold real estate in the Kootenays since 1980.  Since 2000 I have focused on commercial properties with a preference for multi-family residential buildings.  My area of expertise is the Kootenays from Trail east to the Alberta border including Nelson, Creston, Cranbrook, Fernie, Sparwood, and Golden. 

A member and past director of the Kootenay Real Estate Board, I also remain a member of the National Commercial Council.  As a  founding member and current chair of the Baker Hill Heritage Association and a director of the Cranbrook Archives and Museum Foundation, I remain commited to the prosperity of our growing community. 

I currently own several office and multi-family commercial properties in Cranbrook, BC. 
The East Kootenay region of B.C. is growing rapidly, providing a wonderful business climate and opportunity for investors.  Cranbrook, BC is the commercial center of the East Kootenay region, drawing shoppers and tourists year round.  

At one time the Owner of  Cranbrook Agencies Real Estate Ltd., a full service real estate sales and property management company, I remain as a Real Estate Agent and Commercial Real Estate Specialist.  I am proud as well to be a contributing of Rotary International.
